The role of transitional ritual, and transitional space in conversion

The group will allow us to discover some of the new religious movements’ rituals and initiatory experiences with the help of Márta Szenes’s researches. The research that happened in the recent past analyzed the life-interviews’ experiences of four religious communities with the help of the narrative psychology’s method. In the focus of the thematic conversation will be the connection between the identity-crisis, the religious conversion and the emotional safety’s search. The participants can state their opinions, experiences about the collective and individual dimensions of our identities’ birth.
