Question: Why is it a “workshop" not a “conference”?

Answer : The reason why we chose the name "workshop" is that througout the program you will not listen to a series of lectures like you would on a conference. Instead of this you will have the chance to participate in various group activities, like the divergent pleno and the thematic small groups.

Question: What is not included in the price of the workshop?

Answer: The price does not include the fee of the journey to Szeged, the accommodation and the eating. The accommodation and the eating can be reserved through the organizers (or you can arrange these alone). About the options you can read more under the adequate menu points.

Question: Is it important to get there on Monday on time?

Answer: Yes, very much. During the registration we will check the participants’ data, we will hand out the program guides and the badges, you can pay in the previously reserved lunch and dinner, you can sign up for the small groups and the topic groups and we will cross check the previously reserved accommodations.

Question: How can I get from Budapest to Szeged:

Answer: The easiest way is to catch the train. You can find information about the MÁV’s  (Hungarian State Railways Co.) lines under the following menu point: http://www.rogers2009.hu/en/trains-to-szeged
