Divergent Pleno: The whole workshop meets with the goal of maximizing potential.

Convergent Pleno: The whole workshop meets with the goal of maximizing productivity.

Small Group: Generally, the members of the group, and the facilitator remain the same. There are approximately 15 in a group. Agenda is internally determined.

Topic Group: A short presentation about a topic, which is followed by a discussion. Offered topic groups are (for every day): education, organizations. religion. politics/peace. You will find a list of the topic groups below. (The topic groups can be changed freely each day).

Panel conversations: evening conversation between a panel of 3-5 persons and the rest of the participants.

Social Program: cultural social event.

Wednesday: join us for a “Goulash-party” in the open-air
